The energy on the planet is shifting. There has never been a more powerful time of transformation. The globe is ready to evolve. Not everyone wants to, which causes conflict. If you have been contemplating a change, you may find yourself forced into making a decision.
Raise your vibration. Do that by staying in your heart. For someone who has never done this before, realize this is your natural state. You were born with your heart open — you know how to do this, you just need to remember. Focus on something or someone you love. Feel that emotion in your heart. Let it expand as you feel into that love. Let it grow and grow as your heart expands. Don’t worry about anything else – just let that love for that one thing spill out of your heart. Doesn’t that feel good? You can live your life in that feeling! Carry that feeling onto something else – maybe something you like but haven’t necessarily felt love for. Hold both things (or people) in your heart. Do you feel the love from the one spilling over to the other?
Love is infinite. You can use it for everything and it will change your perception of the world.
