Our next Reiki Level I Training is just one week away, next Saturday, November 4th, from 9am to 5pm.

Join us next weekend to learn the beautiful healing modality of Reiki (pronounced “RAY-kee”)! Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes energetic balance and physical healing. Reiki has played a pivotal role in much of our own healing and growth as well as that of our clients. ⁣We created this training to support other helpers and healers in expanding their skills and elevating their practices. ⁣

Reiki Level I is the first of three levels of training and is open to anyone with a desire to learn this energy-healing technique, no prior training is required. The only requirement is an open mind and a desire to help and heal others. You can begin practicing Reiki on yourself and others after this first class. Reiki is an incredible tool for therapists, coaches, healthcare workers, bodyworkers, or anyone who feels called to the helping and healing professions. ⁣

This is an experiential class and while there will be periods of classroom lecture, there will also be plenty of hands-on practice allowing you a chance to both give and receive a full Reiki treatment. ⁣You will have the opportunity to sense the Reiki energy as it flows through your hands. You will also get a chance to sense the energy system of others, noticing blocks where the energy is stagnant and where the energy is moving strongly.⁣

We are getting ready to start up our Empath Self C

We are getting ready to start up our Empath Self Care Group next Thursday, October 19th. This is one of my favorite offerings because of the incredible growth, healing, and relief I've witnessed facilitating this group. Bringing empaths together can create powerful changes, but don't take my word for it, here are a few of our past group participants in their own words:

Congratulations to these newly attuned and certified Reiki II practitioners! 🎉 We spent Saturday learning the Reiki symbols, practicing distance healing, and learning how to use new tools for energetic healing.

Congratulations to these new Reiki Level I practio

Congratulations to these new Reiki Level I practioners! This past weekend they completed their first degree Reiki training at The Path Wellness Center. In this training, they learned about the human energy system, how to self-treat their own body and energy system with Reiki, and how to treat someone else with Reiki using their hands.

Are you interested in learning about Reiki? Our next Reiki Level I training is tentatively scheduled for Saturday April 29, and our next Reiki Level II training will be on Saturday May 20th. This is a hands on training where you will get plenty of practice treating someone with Reiki as well as receiving your own Reiki healing. Click the link in my bio to learn more.

✨ Join me THIS Saturday March 18th and Sunday March 19th for my Reiki Level I + II Weekend Training! ✨

Reiki has been a wonderfully supportive tool in my practice. My clients always comment on how calm they feel after a session where I have incorporated Reiki. Another bonus is that in level I Reiki we learn self Reiki so that we can soothe and balance our own energy and nervous system. This comes in handy for those long client days or when needing to clear your own energy field.

We are made of energy (every atom in your body is vibrating with energy right now), so of course, it makes sense that if we can get that energy moving in the right direction and bring our system back into balance, we will feel better and heal.

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that uses energy to balance all aspects of ourselves: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.

This is one of my favorite classes to teach! It is an experiential class and while there will be periods of classroom lecture, there will also be plenty of hands-on practice allowing you a chance to both give and receive a full Reiki treatment.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to sit down with the hosts of the @DivinelyCurious podcast @lovejoylightwork and @emilyrosedivination. We talked about Empaths and Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and I shared my perspective on the difference between the two as well as my own experience of being an empath. It was such a fun conversation and we talked so much that we ended up with two episodes (Ep. 9 & 10). 😊

My next Empath Self Care Group is almost here! We will be launching our 8-week in-person group on Thursday March 2nd at 5pm. Each weekly session lasts 2-2.5 hours. We will also be launching a virtual version of an 8-week group that will begin on March 8th at 5pm over Zoom.

As an empath myself, I have struggled with the same challenges I see so many of my fellow sensitives struggling with. It is why I created an 8-week gathering space for empaths to meet, share, support, and grow with each other. One of the most helpful things is to know you are not alone, to connect with similar souls, and to support each other on the journey. As sensitives, we rarely feel welcome in this noisy world, but if there is one thing this world needs, it is more empaths.⁣ 🙏
