To look into the eyes of another, and to have them return your gaze with the same unflinching, loving compassion, is a rare gift. It’s a connection, a recognition actually, to see deeply into the eyes of another. Your mind tells you to look away, but slowly the fear fades and you succumb to the wonderful intimacy of it. A soul connection blossoms and is remembered. For that moment you are lost in the eyes of the other and they are lost in yours. A spark, that soul particle, is what you see in theirs and then you realize it is God staring back at you in all of his beauty, in all of your beauty, with the beautiful light of all of us reflected in their eyes. To truly see another, and to be truly seen by another, that is the ultimate gift. Your soul recognizes the spark of life and you hold space for them in Love. No judgement, no fear, just pure recognition that I am here, and you are here, and we are connected…infinitely.
Whenever you slip off center, think back to looking into their eyes during the dances. That is where you were truly centered and that is where the energy for the week began to rise. Imagine yourself dancing through the circle using your voice, that powerful tool of manifestation, to raise the vibration as a group. Look closely in your mind’s eye and see what was happening on an energetic level…you were lifting each other up with those dances! A wonderful exchange of energy between each and every person, building the vibration up with layer after layer of joy. What a wonderful experience, to co-create a high vibration with so many similar souls! Dance again now, and sing again now to raise your own vibration back up to that level. You can do this every day, every morning, every night, whenever you feel yourself slipping from that high vibration that the group generated together.
